Dignity Humanitarian NGO is Seeking Qualified Professionals and Service Providers

Dignity Humanitarian NGO is seeking qualified professionals and service providers to support the implementation of “My Voice Matters: Inclusive Democratic Participation of Marginalized Youth in Armenia” project aimed at strengthening youth access to fact-based information and promoting democratic participation in Armenia ahead of the 2026 parliamentary elections.

Open Positions

1. Content Development Expert

· Duration: 15 working days

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop the concept and written content for information materials, including inclusive, non-partisan, rights-based civic and electoral information

· Ensure materials are fact-based, clear, and tailored to youth audiences

· Integrate media literacy and democratic participation themes

· Work closely with the project team and graphic designer

Requirements:

· Proven experience in content writing, civic education, media literacy, or related fields

· Strong analytical and writing skills

· Knowledge of the Armenian context and electoral processes


2. Graphic Designer

· Duration: 10 working days

Key Responsibilities:

· Design visually engaging and user-friendly information materials, including inclusive, non-partisan, rights-based civic and electoral information

· Prepare print-ready files and digital versions

· Ensure accessibility and clarity of visual communication

Requirements:

· Demonstrated experience in graphic design

· Strong portfolio of previous work

· Experience in social or awareness campaigns is an asset


3. Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) and Social Study Expert

· Duration: 4 months

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement the project’s M&E framework

· Conduct a social study on youth access to information, engagement in electoral processes, political manipulations of marginalized topics during electoral period

· Monitor project progress and assess impact

· Prepare a final analytical report

Requirements:

· Experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or social sciences

· Strong analytical and reporting skills


4. Video Production and Social Media Content Provider

Deliverable: 5 short video reels

Duration: Estimated 10–15 working days

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop creative concepts and scripts for 5 short video reels aligned with project objectives (media literacy, fact-based information, democratic participation)

· Film, edit and produce 5 high-quality video reels (30–60 seconds each)

· Adapt content for multiple online platforms (e.g. YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)

· Ensure videos are engaging, youth-friendly and visually appealing

· Coordinate with project team and content expert to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging

· Support dissemination of videos through online platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video production and social media content creation
  • Strong portfolio of previous video work (especially short-form content/reels)
  • Skills in filming, editing, and storytelling
  • Understanding of digital engagement strategies and trends
  • Experience working on social or awareness-raising campaigns is an asset


5. Trainer - Experts

Deliverable:
Delivery of TOT sessions within a 3-day training on the topics of “Democratic/Civic Participation,” “Media Literacy,” and “Countering Misinformation”

Duration:
4 hours per topic
Dates: May 20-22, 2026


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training content on the specified topics
  • Prepare interactive and participatory training materials (presentations, exercises, discussions)
  • Ensure active engagement of participants and effective knowledge transfer
  • Adapt content to the needs and knowledge level of a youth audience
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective organization of the training
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to support participants in delivering sessions based on what they have learned
  • Provide a brief training report if required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering trainings (preferably in civic education, media literacy, or related fields)
  • Strong knowledge of the specified topics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with youth
  • Knowledge and application of interactive teaching methodologies


6. Printing Services

The project will also procure:

Printing of 1,000 copies of information materials
