On October 23–24, 2025, the 32nd LIFE Information Platform took place.

The goal of LIFE-32 was to strengthen young people’s leadership skills, promote civic engagement, strengthen their legal consciousness, increase knowledge about human rights and protection mechanisms, enhance sensitivity toward stigma and discrimination, and foster communication and networking among participants.

During the platform, a number of important topics were presented and discussed:

Within the framework of the “Stigma and Discrimination” session, expert Zaruhi Hovhannisyan introduced the concepts and terminology of stigma and discrimination, explained their differences and interrelation, and presented the main types of discrimination as well as local and international legal regulations prohibiting it. She also addressed existing stereotypes in society and discussed methods and mechanisms for overcoming them. The session examined the impact of stigma, discrimination, stereotypes, and hate speech on vulnerable groups, the phenomenon of victimization, and the importance of combating these issues to ensure equality in public life.

Expert and consultant Levon Chilingaryan introduced participants to HIV and AIDS, explaining modes of transmission and methods of prevention.

Еxpert Grigor Yeritsyan on “Leadership and Activism.” Participants explored the main principles of leadership and effective tools for public engagement. Grigor Yeritsyan also presented opportunities for international youth exchanges, youth work, and available programs.

The platform was concluded by Sergey Gabrielyan, President of the New Generation Humanitarian NGO, who thanked the participants for their active engagement and insightful discussions, expressing hope that the knowledge and skills gained during the platform would inspire new initiatives and encourage active participation in public life, contributing to the development of a tolerant and inclusive society.

The LIFE-32 Information Platform was implemented by the New Generation Humanitarian NGO with the financial support of the Embassy of France in Armenia, aiming to empower young people, foster their participation in various spheres of public life, and promote democratic values, inclusion and equality for all groups of the society.
