Within the framework of its strategic goal of humanitarian aid, New Generation Humanitarian NGO (NGNGO) provides a comprehensive humanitarian support package, including social, psychological, temporary housing, and other necessary assistance.

In 2025, the organization provided:

• Social assistance with Core Relief Items to marginalized refugees, including individuals forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh. Provided items included clothing, hygiene kits, heaters, bedding, and more (VIDEO).
• Temporary housing for refugees and asylum-seekers who were forced to leave their countries and appeared in vulnerable situations in Armenia.
• Psychological support aimed at assisting vulnerable individuals experiencing crisis or stressful situations. The support contributed to stabilizing their mental health, overcoming trauma, and restoring self-confidence and independence.

Thanks to its humanitarian aid, NGNGO enabled vulnerable groups in Armenia, including refugees and forcibly displaced populations from Nagorno-Karabakh, to receive social, psychological, and temporary housing support. Beneficiaries received core relief items, safe accommodation, and psychological counselling, contributing to the social protection and inclusion of over 800 beneficiaries.
