Dignity Humanitarian Non-Governmental Organization (DIGNITY) highly appreciates the letter addressed to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia by the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, Michael O’Flaherty, viewing it as a principled and timely message in ensuring the protection of human rights in Armenia.
