Stress Management Training Held at the Yerevan Drop-In Center
On June 25, 2026, a psychological training session on “Stress Management” was held at the Yerevan Drop-In Center of Dignity Humanitarian NGO.
The training was conducted by Dignity’s psychologist, Tamara Danielyan, who introduced participants to the main causes of stress, its impact on mental and physical well-being, and practical strategies for managing stress and maintaining emotional balance in everyday life.
During the session, participants engaged in interactive discussions, shared their personal experiences, and learned various techniques aimed at reducing emotional tension and strengthening self-regulation skills.
