“My Voice Matters”: Discussion in Syunik and Armavir Regions
On June 4, 2026, the next-in turn informational experience-sharing meetings were held in Goris city of Syunik region and Hoktemberyan city of Armavir region, within the framework of the project “My Voice Matters: Inclusive and Democratic Participation of Youth in Parliamentary Elections in Armenia.”
The meetings were facilitated by TOT participants Olya Nalbandyan and Vahram Manukyan, who shared with the participants the knowledge, experience and practical approaches gained during the training course.
Topics of discussion were media literacy, the impact of misinformation and ways to counter it, as well as the role of youth in democratic processes and active civic engagement.
Participants explored tools for verifying and analyzing information, reflected on the influence of social media on public opinion and discussed the importance of informed and responsible participation in the context of the upcoming parliamentary elections.



The meeting was conducted using participatory and interactive methods, encouraging active communication, exchange of experiences and collaborative learning among young people.
Participants also received informational materials developed within the framework of the project on topics related to the electoral process, electoral rights, human rights and equality, media literacy, countering misinformation and civic participation.
